Is there any way to kick some ass of local landowners and householders to have them cut back their hedges so that car drivers and walkers can see vehicles heading in the opposite direction around the many bends that feature in this village? |

reference the hedge problem 1.a polite request to said owner of the offending hedge to cut it back,if the answer is in the negative then a ruddy good dowsing of granny macs allkill crop spray, ibelieve she sold the formula to the spam eaters who used it in vietnam, only they called it agent orange. _________________ If you see a lonely figure wandering, what appears to be aimlessly, around the cricket square on a piece of machinery - that will probably be me ! |

Maybe you have come up with a solution to the village's problem with speeding cars - perhaps we should encourage home owners
NOT to cut their hedges back, thereby encouraging drivers to go more carefully and slowly
As an added bonus, the extra deep hedges would also provide somewhere for walkers to jump into when a car does come dangerously close.

I might be alittle nieve, naieve, thick but why is there no speed cameras at yawl or uplyme, not for the purposes of inflicting fines or points but to get good close ups of the brainless addlewitted cretinous trolls.
the reason is,that the next time they speed through the village they can be dragged from their cars, chucked in the stocks and pelted with any thing foul smelling.grrr. _________________ If you see a lonely figure wandering, what appears to be aimlessly, around the cricket square on a piece of machinery - that will probably be me ! |
