Aim of the Club for 2013 season.
It was agreed that the loss of Ashley Caddy and Mark Batey for the 2013 season would need to be addressed. SBa has already made enquiries about an overseas player and WB hoped to introduce a new player from Bridport. EC suggested that it was time to give some of the young players in the club the opportunity to play regular 1st XI cricket and to try to establish a balance between youth and experience. EC proposed that committee members should aim to sign on and collect fees from all of the regular members and any new ones before March 31st. Pre season nets would then be held in April where all club members could get together before the first league game and when the selection committee and captains could outline their plans and expectations for the season.
Registration forms will be given to committee members at the next meeting.
Date of Next Meeting Monday 21st Jan. 7pm in the Talbot. |
