Before the main subject; this will be the last meeting notice published here unless there is a huge outcry.
Notices are published on the Council's own web site and on the Uplyme Noticeboard at Facebook, to which anyone can subscribe.

A meeting of the Uplyme Parish Council Planning Committee will be held in the meeting room at the Village Hall on Wednesday 27 November 2013 at 7.30 pm.

Agenda

1. Apologies for absence.
The meeting will then be adjourned for an Open Forum for members of the public to put their views on item 4 on the agenda.

2. To adopt the minutes of the last meeting.

3. To make declarations of pecuniary or other interests on agenda items

4. To formulate a response to these planning applications:
a) 13/2443/FUL Southview Rhode Lane Erection of single storey rear extension following demolition of conservatory
b) 13/2445/FUL Squirrels Whalley Lane Alterations to existing roof to include new flat roofed section and balconies to rear (to serve first floor accommodation) and 2 no. dormers to front roof slope, 2 storey extension to front and single storey extension to rear with new decking platforms.
c) Any other applications notified in time before the meeting.
