Uplyme Post Office & Stores
 The
village's newly
refurbished Post Office and Stores is run by a local family.
Many sub-Post Offices have been forced to close in recent years, leaving their
communities without a service, so Uplyme is fortunate to still be able to use
the numerous services offered including TV licensing, sending of registered
mail, parcels etc. also the collection of Pensions and Benefits in cash.
The latter is of considerable benefit to the elderly members of our community.
